The Old Hickory 

-1.5 oz Sweet Vermouth

-1.5 oz Dry Vermouth

-2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

-1 dash Orange bitters

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with a lemon or orange peel.
